Pin Parvati trek in Kullu Valley has a maximum height of 5,319 meters i.e. 17,457 feet and the total distance falls around 110 km which takes about 10 to 12 days to come and go. Pin Parvati Pass trek is one of the most difficult treks of the Himalayan mountain range of Himachal due to which trekkers need to be mentally and physically stronger to get on this trek. This trek passes through huge mountains, big stone boulders, rivers, alpine forests, glaciers, rugged natural rocks, and wild animals, due to which it is difficult for ordinary trekkers to go on this trek. For this reason, trekkers are advised to have 1 or 2 treks along with adequate training before going on the trek so that the trekkers do not face any difficulty in going on this trek and can easily complete these treks.
Those who go on the same trek should also not have diseases like high blood pressure, heart problem, Asthma; if any of these diseases are there then trekkers should not go on this trek. With a sufficient amount of training to get to the same trek, a trained guide is also needed to take you along with you, which can help you get through difficult situations while also showing you the right path.

Before going to the Pin Parvati Pass, some things must be taken along with it which is also very important for you. The weather there varies from hour to hour, due to which the cold is also more there. For this reason, you need raincoats, full sleeves, thin jackets, monkey caps, tracking shoes, warm socks, mufflers, towels, good quality sunglasses, cold cream, lip balm, sunscreen lotion, LED flashlight, to protect you from cold and rain. Hot water bottles, tracking poles, headache medicines such as Crocin, Disprin, Cotton, Band-Aid, Move Spray, Gauze, Crap Bandage, etc. are things that you should keep with you on the trek. You may need them anytime on your way to the trek. You should also drink plenty of water 2 or 3 days before going on the trek so that you can avoid Dehydration.

How to go Pin Parvati Trek:-
1- Day 1 to Pin Parvati Trek in Kullu Valley– The first day of your track starts in Manali. The track starts from Barsheni village in Manali. Bersheni village is surrounded by grassland and beautiful cedar trees, which gives you a feeling of pleasure. From here one has to trek to the village of Kalga, which is about 1/2 an hour from Bersheni.
There is a guest house for trekkers in Kalga where you can arrange night rest and food etc. Stopping here, you can visit the Manikaran Gurudwara and the hot water tank there and take a bath in the hot water tank and erase the fatigue of your path.
2- Day two to Pin Parvati Trek in Kullu Valley:- The start of your second day starts from the village of Kalga, from here you have to go to Kheerganga, which is about 10 km of track, which takes you 6 to 7 hours to go. On the way here, you see a huge forest of cedar trees, horse chestnut, and walnut trees, and the Parvati river is also seen. You have to go on track along with Parvati.

3- Day 3 to Pin Parvati Trek in Kullu Valley:- The beginning of your third day starts from KheerGanga and goes to Tunda Bhuj. Tunda Bhuj is situated at an altitude of 10,935 feet above sea level, which is about 12 km from Kheer Ganga and it takes you 6 to 7 hours to reach there. The track from Kheerganga to Tunda Bhuj is considered relatively easy, on this route, you will get to see many waterfalls, on this track you will also see wild vegetation, animal birds, and birch trees. The track from Kheer Ganga to Tunda Bhuj is one of the most beautiful tracks of the entire track.
4- Day 4 to Pin Parvati Trek in Kullu Valley:- The track for the fourth day goes from Tunda Bhuj to Thakur Kuan which is located at a distance of 11 km from Tunda Bhuj and takes 6 to 7 hours to reach here. This track is considered to be the most beautiful and reliable in the entire track. Trees on the tunda arm are eliminated, and on reaching such a height, oxygen also starts to decrease. This is why you need to be conscious of your health.
You need more water by coming here or else there is a risk of getting Dehydrate. This is the crossing of 3 boulders that have to be crossed but it is not so difficult. You can overcome this carefully. Throughout the track, you also get to see many Surrey bridges which have to be crossed.
5- Day 5 to Pin Parvati Trek in Kullu Valley:- You have to start the fifth day with Thakur Kuan and go to Audi Thach. This track is about 9 km and it takes trekkers 5 to 6 hours to reach it. Audi Thach’s height is 11,876 feet above sea level. While going on this track, you have to cross Pandu bridge 1 and Pandu bridge 2 on the Parvati river, which is specially made of big boulders. Of these, Pandu bridge 2 is easier to go than Pandu bridge 1.
Pandu bridge 1 remains slippery from one side while small cut stones are attached to catch it from the other end, which have to be crossed to catch this bridge. According to the belief, these boulders were placed by the Pandavas to cross the Parvati River. Finally, you can reach Audi Thatch. Here the shepherds are mainly used by the shepherds who bring their goats to the grasslands present here.
6- Day 6 to Pin Parvati Trek in Kullu Valley:- The next day your journey starts from Audi Thach to Manatali which is about 11 km which takes you 5 to 6 hours to go. The height of Manatali is about 13,352 feet above sea level. A very calm Manatali lake is located here, on which the image of the surrounding huge mountains is seen, which makes the tourists spellbound.
This track is relatively easy except for the last few meters, there is a Shiva lingam of Lord Shiva already before Manatali lake which attracts tourists due to its height. This place is also considered to be the main point of exit of Mini Manali and Parvati River. At this place, you can have dinner and rest by putting up your tent and so on.
7- Day 7 to Pin Parvati Trek in Kullu Valley:- The beginning of your seventh day starts from Manatali and goes to the base camp. This track is about 13 km, which takes about 6 to 7 hours to go. The height of Parvati Base Camp is about 16,207 feet above sea level. On this trek you have to go on a steep climb. From here you can see a wide range of huge glaciers and the clear water of the very beautiful Parvati River.
In the same way, you get to see a large stream of water, which is known as Khornalla. Care should be taken to cross this stream in the morning, the flow of this stream is low in the morning, due to which you should cross it at the same time in the morning.
8- Day 8 to Pin Parvati Trek in Kullu Valley:- Your next day starts at the base camp and ends at the pin pass. This track is about 6 km on which you have to go on a steep climb. Pin Parvati has a height of 17,388 feet. Due to being at such a height, there is also a low level of oxygen there, so you are advised to drink more water.
The track for this day should be started early in the morning as the snow falling here starts melting and slipping on the track. Some part of this track goes over the glacier, so you need to go very carefully.
9- Day 9 to Pin Parvati Trek in Kullu Valley:- The track on this day is considered easier than on other days. This track was moving towards its last moments. You have to go through stone and sand in Spiti Valley which was easier than on other days. This track is a total of about 10 km, on which it takes 4 to 5 hours to arrive. Witch Kurung is the last place on this track where you can rest at night.
10- Day 10 to Pin Parvati Trek in Kullu Valley:- In the last day, your journey starts from Which Kurung and ends by going to Manali where your track also ends. You can reach Manali by your vehicle via Mud and Kaza. The total distance from Kaza to Manali is 200 km. Your track ends here.

The nearest airport to the Pin Parvati Pass track is Bhuntar, which is located 52 km from Manali. From New Delhi and Chandigarh, you will get easy air connectivity to Bhuntar of Kullu, from Bhuntar Airport, there is a frequent government bus to Manali, and private taxis will also be available outside the airport for 24 hours. You can easily reach Manali by taking a bus or taxi from here. Private taxis charge a maximum fare of 1000 rupees to 1500 rupees to take you to Manali. is Manali which is easily connected to most parts of the country. The distance
from Delhi to Manali is about 550 km. Bus services will be available from Delhi

You can easily reach Manali from Chandigarh as well. The distance from Chandigarh to Manali is 310 km where it takes about 8 hours to reach you where your track starts.
When to go Pin Parvati Trek:-
The best season to visit the Pin Parvati Pass track is
from April to October, after which there is a risk of slipping on the track due
to the rainy season. The weather here is mostly clear from April to October,
due to which you can enjoy nature here.
